Covid-19 Shipping 31/03/2020

We are still shipping during the Covid-19.

There are a few points to note:

1. Most international carriers are citing delivery delays, some - like DHL eCommerce (Global Mail) are stating that there may be up to 10 days EXTRA on top of their standard timeframes, DHL Express and UPS are also stating that there may be up to 5 days additional time for deliveries due to international border restrictions and other delays outside their control.

1.5 - DHL seems to have dropped the ball across the board. We suggest using Australia Post International, or UPS. UPS has been very reliable so far.

2. Within Australia, we know that the local carriers are also showing delayed delivery times of 2~3 days over and above their normal timeframes.

3. Signature on delivery is not available until further notice, so please make sure to insure your parcel in case it is lost, stolen or damaged. Financial institutions including Paypal and credit card companies, Carriers including Australia Post, Fastway, StarTrack Express offer no coverage for lost, stolen or damaged items. If you don't insure your parcel we cannot offer any compensation.

4. We cannot ship to the following countries due to import restrictions

• Cayman Islands
• Chile
• Croatia
• Egypt
• French Polynesia
• India
• Jamaica
• Jordan
• Kuwait
• Libya
• Norway
• Panama
• Peru
• Romania
• Saudi Arabia
• South Africa
• Turkey
